Honey Dijon Pork Chops

Honey Dijon Pork chops

6 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup honey dijon mustard
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup italian bread crumbs

In a bowl, combine mustard and worcestershire sauce. Dip porkchops in mustard mixture and then in bread crumbs to coat. Place on a broiler pan and broil on low each side 10-15 minutes or until done.

This was good we cooked it on the grill and had it with Ranch dressing backed potatoes and corn on the cob. Yummy
