Sweet and Sour Ribs
3-4 pounds boneless country style ribs
1 can pineapple tidbits, undrained
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 onion thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Place ribs in crock-pot. In a bowl, mix together all other ingredients. Pour mixture over ribs. Cover and cook on medium 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.

These were really good! Had enough for our family.
This was different and the flavor was good. We had plenty.
