Pizza Pull-Aparts

24 rhodes rolls cut in quarters (let get thawed enough to cut with scissors)
1 pkg pepperoni (3-4 ounces)
1/2 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp oregano
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Place rolls in a greased 9X13 pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over top of rolls. Sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano. Cut 3/4 of package of pepperoni in quarters. sprinkle pepperoni in with rolls, trying to get down in cracks a little. Top with Mozzarella. Top with remaining pepperoni. Let raise 2-3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. If top starts to get too brown, cover lightly with foil until dough is cooked through.

I had trouble cooking this. Cooked them longer that was told to. The middle was not very close to being done. I just served the edges and cooked the rest longer. My kids liked the pizza, just didn't have very much of it.

This was a little tricky to cook but we ate the edges first and let the rest cook. The kids loved it! We had plenty!

Actually, this worked out great for us. I think the trick was probably to make sure it was completely thawed and cover lightly half-way through baking so the tops didn't get overdone.

I would like to try this one again. I think I will thaw it out. Great idea and worth the try.
