Chicken Curry Casserole

Chicken Curry Casserole

3 Cups cooked white rice
1 10ounce pkg. frozen broccoli
3 cups cooked chicken cubed
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
¾ cup milk
½ fresh squeezed lemon
2 teaspoons curry powder

Spoon rice into baking dish and spread evenly.
Scatter broccoli over the rice.

In a large bowl mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and curry.
Stir in chicken and pour evenly over the broccoli and rice.

Bake 350 for 30 covered. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.

I wasn't sure about how my kids would react to the curry, but they loved it. I loved it. Thanks, We had enough for leftovers the next day.
