SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS
1 cup pineapple juice
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. chicken bullion
2 Tbsp. corn starch
Mix all ingredients. boil till sauce thickens. add meatballs, pineapple, green pepper, onion or whatever you prefer. serve over rice.

My kids aren't big fans of sweet and sour, but my hubby and I loved this. We had plenty plus leftovers. Thanks
