We really like these and there was plenty for the family. Was a little spicy for the kids.
Loved it. Very Yummy. Had plenty.
I warmed up the meat in a crockpot and then filled a tortilla with meat and cheese. The hot meat warmed the tortilla and melted the cheese. Didn't have to use my oven. Put a little meat over the top. Yum.
These were very good. We had them for lunch after church. I would have liked to have had them already in the pan and ready to go, but I was still able to put them together quite quickly.
